- 1 can full fat coconut milk
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar (I use a scant 1/3 cup to suit my taste, or less if adding frosting, see note)
- 1 Tbsp. ground flax seed
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract (recipe here)
- 1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
