- 1/3 cup raw cashews
- 1/2 cup non dairy milk (plain or vanilla, see intro notes)
- 3/4 cup coconut sugar (see note)
- 1/8 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. canela (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. guar gum (rounded)
- 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup gingerbread (vegan, or graham cookies, crumbled)
