- 1,968.75 grams all purpose flour (cups)
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. sugar (> I found result for this crust for me too salty, so next time I'll add 1 tsp sugar more or reduce the salt)
- 341 grams unsalted butter (chilled, cut into small chunks)
- 3/4 cup ice water (120 ml ~ 180ml)
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 160 grams light brown sugar
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar (> I use 160 gr light brown sugar)
- 1 molasses (Tbsp grape, > my own addition)
- 15 oz. pumpkin puree (pure, or 2 cups fresh pumpkin puree --> I use 450 gr fresh pumpkin pure)
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream (> I use 200 ml)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract (> I skip this)
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
