  • 3/4 cup ice water (120 ml ~ 180ml)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 160 grams light brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar (> I use 160 gr light brown sugar)
  • 1 tablespoon molasses (grape, > my own addition)
  • 15 ounces pumpkin puree (pure, or 2 cups fresh pumpkin puree --> I use 450 gr fresh pumpkin pure)
  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream (> I use 200 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (> I skip this)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
