The crust measurements didn’t fit a 9 x 12 pan, so I doubled the recipe. The crust also didn’t bake enough & came apart in chunks as I poured in the wet, doubled pumpkin filling. The finished product came out weighing what felt like 15 lbs. It is pretty tasty, tho, so I’ll bring some of it with me to Thanksgiving dinner. I will use an 8x8 for these measurements, if I bake this again.
