Recipe creates a dough, but I added almond milk until I reached the right consistency. Ended up with pretty puffy pancakes, good flavoring.

This batter is definitely a dough... didn’t add all the sugar because that’s way too much. It rose while resting and rose even more in the pan. Basically, I made 4 pumpkin spice flavored biscuits that I attempted to shape into pancakes..

Love it!! I actually switched the pumpkin out for sweet potato and it was delicious!! Definitely going to make it again!
