These were great, everyone enjoyed them! I subbed rye flour for the whole wheat and ended up making a cream cheese frosting for them as the muffins aren’t super sweet. The frosting can be made low sweet as well. I also used homemade purée instead of canned.

Tastes just like fall and came out perfectly! The recipe is for 24 muffins but I put it all into 12 to make XL muffins and they came out so amazing and fluffy.

They smell great & had no issues of the muffins rising, there still in the oven. Can't wait!

They didn’t rise very well, but they tasted good. My son says,” they’re really good!” With his mouth full of muffin.

I over mixed them a bit, but otherwise they are really pretty good. I feel like they need a mix-in -- maybe pecans or apple chunks or both. I would also use a bit more spice next time. Solid recipe base though.
