Perfect pumpkin muffins! The texture was soft and moist. Not overly oily like a lot of muffin recipes. I live at 5400 ft altitude and these came out perfect with NO alteration.

Absolutely amazing I recommend to any pumpkin lover! If you aren’t a pumpkin lover you will be after these! I did not have pumpkin spice and they still turned out AMAZING!!!
