It’s hard for me to rate this. The flavor seems great but it is way, way too pepper hot, maybe my pepper was particularly hot. It made it only eatable as sort of a sauce for rice or other veggies. I think I will try it again just using black pepper or white pepper. Can control the hot value. Otherwise the other flavors were good, I think. Mouth is still smarting. And quite a bit longer than 1 hour.
