Pretty good. I couldn't find the kind of mac and cheese she recommended so I substituted with another organic brand. I also couldn't find Swiss chard anywhere so I subbed in spinach instead. It turned out pretty good. It was very rich and great comfort food. The pumpkin wasn't really a noticeable flavor but I did like the idea of sneaking in some extra veggies.
