It only takes 30 minutes to create this decadent drink that has a mere 50 calories per serving. Ingredients include milk, pumpkin puree, ground ginger, ground nutmeg, ground cloves, sugar, coffee, and ground cinnamon.

- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp. pumpkin puree
- ground ginger
- ground nutmeg
- ground cloves
- sugar (or sweetener)
- 1/3 cup coffee
- ground cinnamon

Directions
- Add the milk, pumpkin puree and a pinch each of ginger, nutmeg, and cloves to a pot and mix well. Heat the pot on medium heat. Once the milk begins to simmer, turn the heat off and add the sugar or sweetener.
- Add the milk to a blender and blend for 1 minute until some foam begins to form.
- Pour the milk into the mug with the coffee.
- Mix everything together and add some cinnamon on top.

it was great! i used a organic pumpkin purée, and it tasted very fresh, not your typical artificial pumpkin (which isn’t bad either). super tasty, especially when preparing for winter :)
