- 2/3 cup pumpkin purée (pure, homemade or canned, be sure the only ingredient is pumpkin)
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar (for ACD stage 1, you can sub more stevia or yacon syrup)
- 1 Tbsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla (or plain, pure stevia liquid, or use a flavor you prefer)
- 2 Tbsp. protein powder (unflavored or vanilla rice, I use NutriBiotic)
- 1 Tbsp. canela
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 pinch fine sea salt
- 1/2 cup coconut butter (not oil, melted)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil (preferably organic)
