These are amazing! The topping elevates the already delicious pumpkin muffin to the next level. The icing made quite a bit and we didn’t use it all and I’m glad we didn’t, it would have been too sweet for us. We are definitely going to be making these again!

These tastes great!! I used a smaller tin mold and made 16 of these! Had lots of extra icing and crumble left. The muffins were also leaking oil, maybe it’s because I used olive oil instead? The muffins were suupperrr moist and yummy, would definitely make them again even though it took me a while to make them. I added some vanilla to the batter, crumble, and icing. Was surprised to not see it in the ingredients. Was also surprised that you melted the butter so when I mixed the ingredients with the melted butter it was not a crumble, more like a paste consistency so I popped it in the fridge for 30 min and it hardened up so I crushed it with a fork and made a crumble.

Instructions were easy to follow! The muffins tasted great. I did not make the icing… I melted a cream cheese frosting and drizzled it over the top of the muffins
