- 1 Tbsp. warm water
- 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup coconut sugar (organic)
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 pinch ground cloves
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 2 Tbsp. arrowroot starch (cornstarch works here too)
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 1/2 cups milk (dairy-free, choice, I used unsweetened almond milk)
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 can organic coconut milk (full fat, refrigerated overnight.)
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
