    They are very moist and easy to make. Reduced the oil to only 1/2 cup.

    Made them and they are delish!

    They were delicious. I used fat free cream cheese which made the frosting a little runny and Splenda instead of sugar. Using 1/4 cup of batter per muffin only made 12 muffins.
