- 3/4 cup chopped pecans (or walnuts)
- 1 cup raisins (golden or dark, plumped - let stand in warm water for 5 minutes then drain before adding)
- 2/3 cup fresh cranberries (if frozen, thaw and pat dry)

Disappointing for me. Would not know it was a yeast bread. Not much flavor. Perhaps I did something wrong
