The butter should be room temp or melted. I used the smallest cookie scoop, which was too small and the centers leaked out of at least half the cookies. The cookie flavor was not quite sweet enough on its own so I'll add a bit more brown sugar next time. Chilling was a good call, the cookies likely would have been too flat had they gone straight into the oven.
