Soft and delicious cookies. They seem to disappear as soon as they are cool and sometimes before.

Amazing! I added 2 Tbs of corn starch, subbed dark brown sugar for 1/4 of regular, and pumpkin pie spice instead of cinnamon & nutmeg, chilled for an hour, and then rolled them in a mixture of sugar & pumpkin spice before baking to make them like snickerdoodles. They would be too soft for my liking without those adjustments, so I will definitely make them exactly like this again!
