I really liked this cake! I actually cut the recipe in half and didn't add any icing (because we didn't have the ingredients but I will add it next time because I'm sure it will taste even better) and it turned out great. In my opinion, it actually tasted better on the second day. One thing I did change was kind of doing my own recipe for the topping. I added rolled oats and did different ratios of brown sugar, flower, butter, and spices.
