This is seriously the best cookies recipe on the internet. My secret to make sure they puff up is cooking on static for 7 minutes and turning the oven vent on for the other 7 minutes.

This recipe was great! The cookies are sticky if you put them in a container they will stick together. But they are still good. The key is to take all the ingredients out the night before. This is the best way to make cookies. They are even better if you cut dark chocolate bar and mix it with the chips.

Amazing!!! The recipe is so good the way it is but I do think raisins would also be good in place of the chocolate chips.

Splendid! I did substitute the sugar to 1 cup coconut sugar. I thought about making these cookies healthy version by using almond flour but I know they won’t be the same. So I stuck to the recipe except the coconut sugar.

I would give these five stars, because they are delicious and extremely easy to make, but I wish they had a hint more of a pumpkin taste. But still very easy to make and delicious!
