Good! I added some shredded chicken and Blue Moon Pumpkin Wheat (which made it no longer vegan or gluten free) and it was fantastic! Would absolutely make it again

Seriously underestimated the size of my pot and ended up going a bit rogue and cleaning out my pantry. Amazing recipe though, easy to make with a bonus of just 1 pot to clean. Pumpkin gives it the best texture and combines beautifully with the spices for a very nice flavor!

I added a can of kidney beans, some lentils and a handful of quinoa. it was amazing! Groceries were low (to match our bank account) right after Christmas, and we needed to make what we had stretch. we, like so many this year, fell ill right at Christmas, so this chili warmed our bones and made us feel a little better!

It was great. Definetly a very flexible dish Definetly would go more for a red bean than the garbonzo beans next time.

good flavor combo. i ended up pureeing the entire soup because I wasn't a huge fan of the garbanzo beans in it, but was glad it was there nutritionally. next time, I will probably substitute a red bean.

This was first chili and it came out great! I added sweet potatoes for more oomph, which called for more broth of course and I added a 28oz can of whole tomatoes as a cup seemed too little. This really was great thank you!

Delicious, thick and creamy thanks to the pumpkin and high in protein thanks to the beans. I added pine nuts to compliment the pumpkin and add a little texture. Also because we just like them in our house.

Very Yummy! Would high recommend. I would definitely make it again. It's easy to make and is perfect for a cold winter day.
