    This was my first attempt at a cheesecake and it went really well. I added extra pumpkin spice. I served this at thanksgiving and everyone said they were delicious

    I accidently used 1 can of pumpkin instead of 1 cup but the bars still turned out wonderful. A perfect mix of pumkin pie and cheesecake.

    I made a batch of these for Thanksgiving in addition to my traditional pumpkin pie and everyone absolutely loved them (myself included, of course)! I replaced the graham crackers with Maria cookies since that's what I had at hand but they were just as good. Will definitely be making them again.

    These are fantastic! Parchment paper is a must to line your pan; it made cutting the bars easier. The cheesecake consistency is smooth and creamy. Will be making these for Thanksgiving!

    Absolutely amazing ! And crazy easy to make taking them to work for a good day and i know they will be a hit. I have already been asked to make them for thanksgiving !!
