- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups pumpkin butter (preferably homemade, see recipe linked in the post)
- 7 large eggs
- 3 Tbsp. light brown sugar
- 2,511 grams chestnut flour (cups, I buy mine from ohnuts.com, or use GF all purpose flour)
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder (aluminum free)
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 3 tsp. pumpkin spice
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- oil (Spray, I use soy free coconut oil spray)
- glaze (Maple Cinnamon)
- confectioner's sugar (3 cups powdered, sifted)
- 1 tsp. pumpkin spice
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup (preferably Grade B)
- powdered sugar (for finishing)
