Great! I made them for my husband who is a diabetic. I only used half the maple syrup recommended and it still had amazing flavour!

Had to cook about five min longer but used a jumbo muffin tin and made only 4 muffins. These were a great hit with the kids and a nice healthy fall dessert or breakfast option! Super easy too. Should have put straight into my Ninja blender cup and not in a bowl first ;)
