Excellent, not overly sweet, moist and very tasty. I added walnuts and dark chocolate chips!

This is so amazing I don’t think I’ll ever make regular banana bread again. For an extra treat add some chocolate chips!

This bread turned out great! I add chocolate chips to it and it is always a big hit when I make it. It’s not over the top with spices and stays moist

Turned out good but I could barely taste the banana in the bread, also added walnuts and pumpkin spice.

Very moist, I added some walnuts and reduced the sugar to 2/3cup as I don’t like it too sweet

This recipe would surely make a flavorful bread as written. However, I like a sweeter and more moist dessert bread, so I used equal parts sugar and flour. I also added a 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin spice seasoning mix. I took a star away because even with my added spices, the bread didn’t have much of a spiced punch. Very subtle. I DID use preground versions; using fresh-ground spices would likely yield a better result.
