- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 cup apple (Celestial Seasonings Cran, Zinger Tea OR water)
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup Truvia (OR sweetener of choice, e.g. honey, coconut sugar)
- 1 tsp. blackstrap molasses (optional, for flavor)
- 1/4 cup sweetener (additional, to make is as sweet as commercial brands)
- 1 cup blanched almond flour
- 1 Tbsp. coconut flour
- 0.38 grams sea salt (teaspoon)
- 3/4 tsp. baking powder
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter (OR coconut oil)
- 3 egg whites (from large eggs)
