- 1 Tbsp. onion powder
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1/2 Tbsp. cumin
- 2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 3 cloves garlic (roughly chopped)
- 1 btl. IPA (I use Goose Island IPA)
- cider vinegar (Splash of, maybe 1/2 tsp)
- 1/2 tsp. sauce (the Rated X, or more, plus more for serving)
