    I don’t think I’ve given a bad review in Yummly yet I used this recipe especially For the technique I cannot believe the disaster this became marinated it overnight put in the oven after resting out of fridge for 30 minutes I cooked this pork for over 4.5 hours and it wasn’t even close to being done had to go buy a chicken for dinner! Continued to cook it at a much higher temperature (350) and still now at 11:30 pm not shredding threw in the garbage I highly recommend cooking at 325-350 or it won’t cook!
