- pork shoulder (or Boston Butt)
- pineapple juice

Directions
- Smoke on grill at 225 F using cherry pellets until 160 F internal.
- Spritz with Pineapple juice for the first 6 hours every 30 minutes.
- Wrap in a pan with pineapple juice until 204 F internal.
- Let the pork rest 1 hour before shredding.
- Tip: plan on smoking 1 hour 15 minutes per pound.
