- 1 head garlic cloves (peeled and smashed)
- 1 sweet onion (large, fine diced)
- 2 pieces star anise
- 1 stick canela
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. chili
- 20 drops hot sauce (Franks red)
