- 75 mL cola (2½fl oz)
- 250 mL tomato ketchup
- worcestershire sauce (splash)
- 200 mL juices (cooking, from the beef brisket, see above or beef gravy)
- 600 grams plain flour
- 15 grams fresh yeast (or 1 x 7g sachet of fast-action yeast)
- 20 grams salt (¾oz)
- 40 grams caster sugar (1½oz)
- 375 mL whole milk
- 30 grams butter
- vegetable oil (for greasing)
- 1 large free range egg (beaten)
- 1 tsp. sesame seeds
- 1 tsp. flaky sea salt
