This turned crockpot meal turned out excellent! It was so easy to put together and my entire family loved it. Also, instead of shredding the chicken with forks, use a hand mixer to speed up the process.

Made this recipe for my EMT class. It cooked for about 5 hours on low while we were in lecture and by the time it was done the chicken pulled apart wicked easy. I added coleslaw, sour cream, and salsa in a fajita wrap to make tacos. Everyone loved it.

This really worked! I used 3 lbs of boneless, skinless chicken breast and cooked it on low for 5 hours. When we got home it was tender enough to shred. Everyone enjoyed it. Very pleased!
