This recipe was straightforward and wonderful; even if you are not a baker, it results in a beautiful, delicately sweet and fragrant bread. Next time I will double the cardamom using 50% seeds because I LOVE cardamom and the rest ground, use 100F water/milk mixture to proof the yeast. Also , I only used 3.5 C flour total. I made 2 batches and the 100F worked better for me. This recipe will be on repeat through the winter months for myself and as gifts. Thank you!🙏
