  • 2 banana
  • 2 tablespoons firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup fat free cholesterol free egg substitute
  • 1/4 cup 1% milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons confectioners sugar

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 325°. Lightly grease 2 (1-cup) shallow baking dishes or ramekins; set aside.
    2. Whisk egg substitute, buttermilk, vanilla and remaining 1 tablespoon brown sugar in small bowl. Slowly whisk in flour until smooth. Evenly pour egg mixture over bananas.
    3. Melt Promise® Buttery Spread in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook bananas, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes or until bananas are tender. Stir in 1 tablespoon brown sugar and cinnamon and cook 1 minute or until sugar is melted. Evenly turn into prepared dishes.
    4. Arrange dishes on baking sheet and bake 25 minutes or until golden brown and puffed. Serve warm sprinkled with confectioners sugar.
