We loved this recipe. Really tasty. For a side we had black beans and rice. I will make this again definitely

Easy and tasty. Using ingredients I had on hand instead of purchasing items specifically for this recipe, I subbed red wine vinegar for white, standard chili powder for ancho chili. Also, I was too lazy to use the blender to combine the ingredients, so just chopped the onion then scattered ingredients on top of the pork in the crockpot. I threw some whole peperoncini over the seasonings just because I like them with pork. Turned out tender, and was easily shredded using two forks. Served with fresh flour tortillas, shredded cabbage, chopped tomatoes and onion, shredded cheddar, salsa, avocado, cilantro and chipotle lime crema. Yummy! Will definitely make again.
