I modified the recipe quite a bit. I added diced peppers, garlic and tomato paste at the start. I used 2 cans of original rotel instead of green chillies and regular diced tomatoes. I also added a couple shakes of cayenne pepper for a bit of heat and finally included a can of black beans with the chicken at the end. It's delicious and I have worked it into a monthly rotation.
