  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 1 package knorr leek recipe mix
  • 6 whole whole cloves
  • 2 bay leaf
  • 1 head cabbage
  • 4 potatoes (medium, cut into chunks)
  • 3 cups carrots (sliced)

    Directions

    1. Add corned beef, water, Knorr® Leek recipe mix, cloves and bay leaves to 6-quart Dutch oven. Simmer covered until corned beef is almost tender, about 2-1/2 hours. Stir in vegetables and cook until vegetables are tender, about 20 minutes. Remove bay leaves before serving.
