- 1/2 cup beer (This recipe uses Sierra Nevada for its strong taste. Use a wheat beer or blonde ale for a milder taste.)
- 1/2 cup smoked gouda (grated)
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar (grated)
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. ground mustard
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
