This was a great way to waste a cup of my protein. Stuck to waffle iron, moved to a pan to try to at least make pancakes but added coconut oil to see if that would help. Nope. On the plus side the crumbly clumps it turned into was good!!!

Perfect and fluffy and yummy. I added cinnamon and vanilla. Eight-year old boy approved. Next time I will add coconut oil
