These are tasty, and look meaty. I’m not veggie. Spiced em up with slaw and they’re low cal and delicious

We make these often and love them. Really good vegan, gluten free, corn free option that even our carnivorous friends enjoy. It is somewhat laborious but it's worth it. Way better than any store-bought burger.
Note:
I don't take time to refrigerate, and they are easy to form using a round measuring cup.
This makes way more than 11 patties when I make it.
