    It was really good. I had to alter the measurements for the yogurt dressing for my personal tastes. I also used boneless chicken thighs for my bowls, but they're good.

    Great and simple recipe- use non dairy yogurt for dairy-free alternative. Or for the families with meat on the diet, Grilled chicken would be great too!

    So simple and very tasty. I add one mistake and bought a can of sweet corn with Chile relleno and red peppers already in the can. The sweetness of the corn and adding salt and lime for the salsa didn't taste that great. So make sure you just buy plain corn. Also I sautéed my onions for the salsa and added that to the bowl. Also sautéed mushrooms and bell peppers. Added melted queso and sour cream. Would definitely make again.

    This is great! Easy to customize but made it according to recipe the first time dressing was amazing! Like the Chipotle burrito but healthier and less likely to get food poisoning recommend this highly
