The avocado drizzle wasn’t very good … it was missing something - I might try it again with more cilantro.

Very delicious and healthy! I used farro instead of brown rice and shrimp instead of the veggie patties.

This turned out great! I used different veggie burgers because I needed gluten free, but it was delicious and even my meat loving husband enjoyed it! Just have to watch my portions to be careful of calories (it was so good we ate it all). Will be making again!

wonderful. used morning star crumbles and their chorizo crumbles. So good! my daughter loves the sauce.

It was good. Family enjoyed. Will I make it again, don’t think so, family would rather have a burrito.

Awesome! and not as hard to put together as I first thought. My hubby loved it as well. We didn't add the patties, still really good.

Delicious! Love that everyone in the family can make it *exactly* how they like it. I set all the items out like a buffet and let them add what they want. (And skip what they don't want)

It was really good. I had to alter the measurements for the yogurt dressing for my personal tastes. I also used boneless chicken thighs for my bowls, but they're good.

Great and simple recipe- use non dairy yogurt for dairy-free alternative. Or for the families with meat on the diet, Grilled chicken would be great too!

So simple and very tasty. I add one mistake and bought a can of sweet corn with Chile relleno and red peppers already in the can. The sweetness of the corn and adding salt and lime for the salsa didn't taste that great. So make sure you just buy plain corn. Also I sautéed my onions for the salsa and added that to the bowl. Also sautéed mushrooms and bell peppers. Added melted queso and sour cream. Would definitely make again.

Loved this recipe. Super easy to put together and leaves you feeling light and healthy. The Avocado Coriander sauce was so yummy.

This is great! Easy to customize but made it according to recipe the first time dressing was amazing! Like the Chipotle burrito but healthier and less likely to get food poisoning recommend this highly
