- 200 grams frozen peas (sat in cold water to thaw out)
- 2 salmon fillets (thick, I like skin on but you could use without if you prefer)
- juice (a juicy lemon)
- 1 handful fresh mint
- 100 mL yogurt (natural skinny)
- 100 mL reduced fat crème fraîche
- 1 block halloumi (diced)
- extra-virgin olive oil
- olive oil (for cooking)
- butter

- black pepper
