- extra virgin coconut oil (4 Tbsp. melted, extra virgin is a MUST--unless you hate the taste of coconut!)
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- stevia extract (to taste, or make your own healthier "Truvia" with this recipe)
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 scoop protein powder (I use the brown rice from Vitacost.)

They turned out amazing! They also taste good even with regular coconut oil for a coco-nutty taste.

Pretty good! I used agave instead of stevia and unflavoured protein powder, which makes it easy to just eat one!

I made it w/o the protein powder and it was very good. I am making it again today w/ the protein powder
( Curves brand vanilla) and think it will be even better. I froze them in snack bags and tried to only eat one per day.
