Delicious! Will definitely make again! I haven't been a fan of overnight oats in the past, but this tasted more like dessert.

Very meh. I love carrots but this was too carrot-y and perhaps a bit too chalky in texture for me. Not usually a walnut fan but the toasted walnuts were the highlight
