They turned out okay but I used the wrong vegan protein powder and didn’t notice her disclaimer until AFTER I had them in the oven. Might try again one day as they were pretty simple to make and I had all ingredients on hand.

A bit dry but tasty. I used chocolate whey and added some dried cranberries....

turned out like a dry, tasteless biscuit. I used the correct protein as stated in recipe. not sure why it's so bad but won't be making again.
