- 1 cup spelt flour
- 1/4 cup protein powder (chocolate)
- 1/4 cup xylitol
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. instant coffee
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 cup tofu
- 1/2 cup milk (I used unsweetened almond milk but any will work)
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup apple sauce
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 15 drops stevia (This is the one I like)
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional, but highly recommended ;)
