- 1 jar sauce (Bertolli ® Four Cheese Rosa)
- 1 bunch broccolini (or broccoli rabe (about 8 oz ), blanched)
- 8 slices prosciutto (about 1/4 lb)
- 8 slices fresh mozzarella cheese (about 8 oz.)
- 4 fresh basil leaves (large)
- 1 Tbsp. Bertolli® Classico Olive Oil
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast ( halves, about 1-1/4 lbs.)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Heat Olive Oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and brown chicken. Remove chicken from skillet. Evenly arrange broccolini on chicken, then wrap with prosciutto. Spread 1 cup Sauce in bottom of 11 x 7-inch baking dish, then chicken. Top basil, remaining Sauce, then cheese. Cover and bake 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and chicken is throughly cooked.
