- 1 prosciutto ham (pack of, 6 slices)
- 1 can butter beans (400g, drained and rinsed)
- 2 garlic cloves (peeled and minced)

- 150 mL single cream (we use Elmlea as it is low in fat)
- 1 bunch kale (ribs removed and leaves torn)
- 1 bunch thyme leaves (only)
