These salty and savory Prosciutto Wrapped Artichoke Hearts are the perfect appetizer for any party. Learn how to make these tasty treats, and don't be surprised if they don't last long.

- 4 oz. prosciutto (cut in half)
- 2 jars marinated artichoke hearts (Mezzetta, drained)
- 1 lemon (cut into wedges)

Directions
- Heat grill over high heat until very hot.
- Soak wooden skewers in warm water for 15 minutes.
- While skewers soak, wrap each artichoke in a piece of prosciutto and thread onto a skewer. You can fit about 6 artichokes onto each skewer.
- Grill skewers on each side for about 3 minutes. Before serving, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the skewers.
