- 1 1/2 cups corn flakes or bran flakes cereal, crushed
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1/4 cup promise buttery spread
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup cranberries
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°. Lightly grease 12-cup muffin pan; set aside.
- Soak cereal in milk in large bowl 5 minutes. Stir in Promise® Buttery Spread, honey, berries, egg whites and cinnamon. Combine remaining ingredients in another bowl. Fold flour mixture into berry-bran mixture with rubber spatula, just enough to moisten. (Do not over mix.) Evenly fill muffin cups with berry-bran mixture. Bake 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean.
